These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Smart Scheduler (the “Service”). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorised by your coaching institute or organisation to use the Service on its behalf.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Keep your sign-in credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the Service or attempt to disrupt it.
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
- Do not attempt to access data that does not belong to you.
- Do not use the Service to send unsolicited communications.
4. Your data
You retain ownership of the data you upload (batches, faculty, timetables, notes etc.). You grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide and improve the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
5. Demo accounts
Demo accounts and any data within them are provided on an as-available basis. We may reset, modify or delete demo data at any time without notice.
6. Service availability
We aim to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, update features, or temporarily suspend access without prior notice.
7. Fees
The Service may include free and paid tiers. Paid features, if any, will be clearly identified before purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or INR 1,000, whichever is greater.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us or other users.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in the city in which our principal place of business is located will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, subject to any non-waivable consumer rights you have.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Contact
For questions about these Terms, contact the organisation that invited you to Smart Scheduler, or reach us through the email associated with your workspace.
